Cornish Lithium Ltd is pleased to announce that GeoCubed Ltd. has successfully commissioned and delivered the Direct Lithium Extraction (“DLE”) Pilot Plant (the “Pilot Plant”) at Cornish Lithium’s Geothermal Waters Test Facility at United Downs; and Cornish Lithium has now entered into an agreement with Geothermal Engineering Limited (“GEL”) to acquire its 10% shareholding in GeoCubed such that GeoCubed is now a wholly- owned subsidiary of Cornish Lithium.

Cornish Lithium and GeoCubed are pleased to announce that they have jointly hosted pupils from a number of Cornish schools and colleges at their Geothermal Water Test Site at United Downs as part of British Science Week.

GeoCubed, the joint venture between Cornish Lithium Limited (“Cornish Lithium”) and Geothermal Engineering Limited (“GEL”), is pleased to announce that RSE (Ross-shire Engineering) Ltd. (“RSE”) has been selected to provide engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (“EPCC”) support for GeoCubed’s Pilot Plant (the “Pilot Plant”).

GeoCubed, is pleased to announce that GeoLith SAS (“GeoLith”) has been selected to provide their Li-Capt® Direct Lithium Extraction (“DLE”) technology for GeoCubed’s Pilot Plant (the “Pilot Plant”).

GeoCubed Ltd has met its first delivery milestone by agreeing a contract with Geolith SAS (who are based in France), to supply a Test Plant to capture lithium from geothermal brine, using Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) technology.
